Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service where you live. Keep your sign-in details private and use an email you control. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Virtual play only

Nocturne is a social casino for entertainment. Credits are virtual game units, have no cash value, and cannot be cashed out or redeemed for real-world prizes. No purchases, paid subscriptions or rewarded ads are currently enabled. Real-money wagering and sales or external transfers of accounts or credits are not permitted.

Games and availability

Outcomes may be random and wins are not guaranteed. A fairness verifier is provided for supported slot rounds; it does not certify every feature or card game. Current card opponents are computers. Online access is required. Interrupted play is resolved using the server’s saved game and credit records. Contact support if a result appears incorrect.

Community rules

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, post unlawful content, expose another person’s private information, cheat, exploit bugs or interfere with the service. Use blocking and reporting controls for problems. We may remove content or restrict access for abuse. You retain rights in your own messages and allow us to display and process them to operate the social features.

Changes and account closure

This service is under development. Games and features may change or be unavailable while problems are fixed. We may correct errors affecting virtual credits. You can end your use and delete your account at any time; deletion removes remaining credits and saved progress. We will update these terms when the service changes. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
