Google Play purchases: cancelled or pending payments do not grant tokens. If delivery is interrupted, reopen the app and sign in to the same Nocturne account. When Google reports a revoked purchase, we remove up to the associated token amount from your available balance once. Tokens already spent are flagged for review, without creating a negative balance. You can review the adjustment in wallet history and contact us to dispute it.
